Malaysian Visits Moscow

MOSCOW — Malaysian Defense Minister Najib Abdul Razak arrived here Sunday for a weeklong visit, the official Tass news agency said. Razak planned talks with Soviet Defense Minister Yevgeny I. Shaposhnikov and other defense officials during the visit.
