El Pollo Loco Parent Expects Higher Revenue
TW Holdings, which operates several restaurant chains including Irvine-based El Pollo Loco, said Tuesday that it expects to report flat or slightly higher revenue for the third quarter compared to a year earlier.
Chief Financial Officer Walter M. Brice III, speaking at an investment conference in San Francisco, said the South Carolina-based company has increased its labor productivity, reduced product costs and seen a significant improvement in its Hardee’s restaurant unit.
