Fourteenth-ranked Pepperdine defeated San Diego State, 13-15, 15-10, 15-5, 13-15, 15-9 at Peterson Gym. Pepperdine (7-4) and SDSU (6-7) had the same number of kills, 68, but the Aztecs had 42 errors compared to the Waves’ 28. Gracie Schutt led the Aztecs with 21 kills, Jennifer Miller added 16.

Biola defeated host Point Loma Nazarene, 15-13, 15-11, 11-15, 15-6, in a Golden State Athletic Conference match. Robin Rabello led PLNC (6-5, 1-1) with 24 kills.
