Nevada Las Vegas officials said they hope that charges against the school’s basketball program will be resolved by the end of the year.

UNLV counsel Brad Booke said NCAA investigators and attorneys agreed to allow the university to review evidence gathered in the investigation.

UNLV faces possible probation stemming from a letter of inquiry from the NCAA in which it alleges a number of violations in the Rebels’ basketball program.
