Miguel Angel Garcia, 29, was shot and killed Thursday in the 4100 block of Eta Street by two men who were following him in a yellow Monte Carlo, San Diego police spokesman Bill Robinson said.
Garcia, who lived in the 3600 block of State Street, was walking when he was hit by a rifle bullet fired from the car, Robinson said. Garcia died at the scene. Police know no motive and have no suspects.
