Littlerock 14, Calabasas 0--Littlerock (3-0), led by junior quarterback Mitch Casey, preserved a 14-0 halftime lead to drop the host Coyotes to 2-1.
Casey, who completed 10 of 17 passes for 103 yards and one touchdown, also rushed for 39 yards and one score.
The Lobos opened the game with an 11-play, 69-yard drive, capped by a 23-yard Casey pass to junior tight end Juan Estrada.
Midway through the second quarter, Littlerock marched 97 yards in 14 plays and increased its lead to 14-0 on a two-yard Casey run. Casey also kicked both extra points.
Senior quarterback Iman Mohtashemi rallied the Coyotes with three first-down completions during a 75-yard drive late in the second quarter, but the Coyotes came away empty. Calabasas, which was inside Littlerock’s 35-yard line three times in the first half, were unable to score from the three on four consecutive plays after the 75-yard drive.
