Camarillo 24, Hueneme 0--Running back Ryan Durazo gained 157 yards in 14 carries and scored a touchdown to lead the visiting Scorpions.
Durazo, filling in for injured tailback Fahali Campbell (sprained ankle), scored Camarillo’s first touchdown on a 25-yard run in the first quarter.
Camarillo sophomore quarterback Jim Hansen completed six of 13 passes for 191 yards, including a 56-yard touchdown pass to Scott Tucker that gave the Scorpions a 13-0 lead in the first quarter.
Camarillo held Hueneme to three first downs and 71 yards in total offense, including four yards rushing.
Hueneme junior quarterback David Andrade was taken off the field on a stretcher with a pinched nerve in his left knee late in the third quarter. Andrade completed four of 13 passes for 67 yards, and threw two interceptions.
