Chaminade 35, El Segundo 7--Justin Giovannettone gained 102 yards in 15 carries and scored on runs of one, five, three and three yards to lead Chaminade (3-0) past host El Segundo (1-2).

Chaminade quarterback Travis Hall completed eight of 15 passes for 158 yards and one touchdown as the Eagles gained 337 total yards. Chaminade’s defense produced five takeaways and limited El Segundo to 101 yards in total offense. Sophomore defensive back Adam Crecin had two interceptions for Chaminade.
