COUNTYWIDE : Philippine Consulate Staff to Visit County
Officials from the Philippine Consulate General in Los Angeles will be at the Ventura County Government Center on Friday processing visas for travel to the Philippines and providing other services available at the consulate.
Consular officials will be in the chief administrative office on the Government Center’s fourth floor from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. In addition to providing visas for U.S. citizens who want to go to the Philippines, officials will help Philippine nationals obtain Philippine passports and travel authorizations.
Visas are mandatory for anyone traveling to the Philippines. The consular officials will process visa applications at the Government Center in one to two hours, essentially the same service offered in Los Angeles.
