Craig Fuller Gets Top Posts at Hill & Knowlton

Hill & Knowlton Inc. said Wednesday that Craig L. Fuller, chief of staff during George Bush’s vice presidency, had been named president and chief executive of the public relations firm’s domestic operations.

Fuller, 40, succeeds Thomas E. Eidson as president of Hill & Knowlton USA.

Eidson was named president and chief executive of the parent company last week, replacing Robert Dilenschneider, who left the firm abruptly for reasons that neither side in the case will discuss.

Fuller will be responsible for more than 800 employees in 20 offices. The U.S. operations generated revenue of more than $90 million last year.

Hill & Knowlton is the world’s second-largest public relations company behind Britain’s Shandwick.

He joined the lobbying firm Wexler Reynolds Fuller Harrison and Schule in 1989 as president. The Wexler group has since been merged into Hill & Knowlton.
