$11 Million in Cocaine Found in Stalled Car

CHICAGO — A stalled car near an interstate toll booth was discovered to be carrying 116 one-kilogram bundles of cocaine with an estimated street value of $11.6 million, police said.
Troopers failed to find the driver, who did not return to claim the car after asking to use the toll booth telephone to arrange for another ride Monday night near suburban Waukegan, Ill., an officer said Tuesday.
