Arabs to Send Food, Medical Aid to Soviets

ABU DHABI, United Arab Emirates — President Zayed ibn Sultan al Nuhayan has ordered the urgent dispatch of food and medical aid to the Soviet Union to help it overcome its economic difficulties, the national news agency said.
