Former Cincinnati Red controller, Tim Sabo, filed suit against the team’s controlling partner, Marge Schott, accusing her of refusing to hire minorities for the front office. It also said she urged him to inaccurately list expenses on the team’s books.
Sabo alleged that Schott fired him because he testified in another lawsuit against Schott that she improperly refused to distribute millions of dollars in profits to the team’s limited partners.
