NO NAME: When you call theaters in Los Angeles asking about the new Ken Russell film, you get the film’s name. But call Mann’s Pierside Pavilion in Huntington Beach, the only Orange County theater showing the film, and you’re told they’re showing “A Ken Russell film.” The marquee says the same, as did a ticket taker when asked the movie’s title. “We’re not allowed to say the name,” he said. When pressed, he added, “We’ve been told we can’t say.” Pressed further, he whispered: “It’s ‘Whore.’ ”
