Gas Prices Move Up: Gasoline prices inched higher for the week ending Tuesday after falling three weeks, the American Automobile Assn. said. The average price for a gallon of self-serve regular unleaded rose 0.6 cent to $1.128 for the week. Prices fell in New England, the Mid-Atlantic and the Southwest but rose in all other regions, AAA said.
