French Fishermen Protest

BOULOGNE-SUR-MER, France — Angry French fishermen blocked trucks Monday carrying fish imported from Britain and the Netherlands to protest new fishing net restrictions, maritime officials said. After they dispersed, the trucks were allowed to unload and continue their journeys.
