SPLIT: For nearly 15 years, they’ve been one of the best known political couples in Orange County. But Don R. Roth, the former Anaheim mayor who was elected to the Board in Supervisors in 1986, and his wife, Jacquelene, are now in divorce proceedings, which are scheduled to move to open court Monday after the apparent failure of a settlement conference Friday. . . . It’s not known whether Roth, who initiated the divorce, will have to appear when the trial opens in Superior Court.
