George C.P. Olsson, 88, former head of Ocean Spray Cranberries and founder of the Plimoth Plantation. Olsson started a cranberry bog in 1953 that evolved into Ocean Spray, now the cooperative marketer of cranberry and grapefruit products from more than 800 growers. He served as chairman of the cooperative for 18 years. In 1946, Olsson created Plimoth Plantation to demonstrate how the Pilgrims had lived when they arrived at Plymouth, Mass., in 1627.
