But locals are interested because both quarterbacks are from Orange County. . . . California’s Mike Pawlawski is a Troy High graduate, Steve Stenstrom of Stanford from El Toro High. Stenstrom is the top-rated passer in the Pacific 10 Conference and fifth nationally.
