The United States won its sixth consecutive World Cup men’s volleyball match, defeating South Korea, 15-5, 8-15, 15-7, 15-5, in Tokyo. Brent Hilliard, who is sitting out the fall semester at Cal State Long Beach, had a U.S. team-high 27 kills.

The United States (28-22) will play Brazil today, then complete World Cup competition Sunday against Cuba. The Americans and Cubans are the only unbeaten teams in World Cup play.
