LAGUNA BEACH : Geologist to Head Water District Board
Harry Lawrence, an engineering geologist from Monarch Bay and a South Coast Water District board member for 15 years, was recently named president of the district’s board for 1992.
Other officers named for the new year are Jacqueline Ludlum, first vice president/treasurer, and James W. Smith, second vice president.
Other board members are Norman Anderson, Charles Benton, Susan Hinman and Edward LaBahn. The board meets at 5 p.m. on the third Tuesday of each month at the district office, 31592 West St., Laguna Beach.
