Infielder Rene Gonzales and right-handed pitcher Neil Allen have agreed to minor league contracts with the Angels.
Gonzales, 30, played for the Toronto Blue Jays last season, hitting .195 with one home run and 16 RBIs. Allen, 34, last played for the Cleveland Indians in 1989.
