Midfielder Tab Ramos will be with the U.S. soccer team for the first time in 15 months Feb. 26 when it plays its first game against Brazil in 62 years. Ramos, the team’s best player during the 1990 World Cup, has been released for the game by Figueras, his club in the Spanish second division.
