New Kids Mania: A stampede during a concert Monday in Seoul, South Korea, by the group New Kids on the Block left about 30 teen-agers injured, witnesses said. The accident occurred 40 minutes into a concert when about 200 fans, most of them teen-age girls sitting in front rows, stood up and swarmed around the stage. Hundreds of other fans pushed from behind, crushing those in front. The performance was immediately halted. The singers, unhurt, were escorted away by security guards.
