Killing of Intruders at The Watch Co.
Levenson should stick to law and not make psychological judgments. She obviously has never looked down the barrel of a gun held by a potentially murderous robber. “Fear of one’s life” does not mean shaking in one’s boots, but faced with a possibility of death, one acts to ensure one’s safety.
The situation of being confronted with two armed robbers is de facto evidence of “fear of one’s life” and should not be questioned publicly by a so-called “expert” from a local law school. Next time, interview an expert in human behavior also. These are human issues, not just legal ones.
