The Plot Thickens: Ballerina Cynthia Gregory and her eight co-plaintiffs are widening their class-action lawsuit against the ballet dancers labor union by adding fraud and racketeering charges. Filed last October, the suit against the American Guild of Musical Artists seeks $20 million in damages and reform of pension plans. The new claims, announced this week in New York, allege that union officials violated federal laws by concealing pension data from the dancers for more than five years. A guild spokesman denied the charges.
