Anyone with a ticket to the now-canceled City of Birmingham Symphony concert to have taken place April 23 at the Orange County Performing Arts Center is entitled to a refund or to admission to any of six other events being presented by the Orange County Philharmonic Society. The society had hoped to book another orchestra in place of the Birmingham but has been unable to.
