It’s Miller Time: There’s a changing of the guard at “The Dennis Miller Show.” Laurence Ferber, who is executive producer of Joan Rivers’ show, on Monday becomes co-executive producer of Miller’s show on an interim basis. He replaces Ken Ehrlich, who is returning to specials and event programming after launching Miller’s show in January. Ehrlich will continue as a consultant for several months.
