* David Hannah has been promoted to executive vice president and member of the board of Reliance Steel & Aluminum Co. of Los Angeles. Gregg Mollins, assistant to the president, was named vice president.
Hannah, a former vice president, will remain chief financial officer. Mollins will continue in operations.
