SIMI VALLEY : 2-Time Robber of Pizzeria Is Sought
Simi Valley police are looking for a man whom they suspect of robbing a Domino’s Pizza restaurant at gunpoint twice in eight days.
The more recent holdup occurred about 2:30 a.m. Sunday, Simi Valley Police Lt. Neal Rein said. Carrying a handgun, a man in his mid-20s walked into the restaurant at 2375 Sycamore Drive, forced one employee to stay in a restroom and ordered another worker to open the safe, Rein said. The man then fled on foot with several thousand dollars in cash, Rein said.
The same Domino’s Pizza was robbed March 7 in similar fashion, Rein said.
