Suspect in Van Nuys Stabbing Turns Himself In
A Van Nuys man was being held without bail after turning himself in in the fatal stabbing of a woman during a drug deal, Los Angeles police said Sunday.
Arthur Andrew Mancilla, 52, was arrested in the Friday stabbing of Helen Anderson, 51, in the 6000 block of Fulton Avenue in Van Nuys, Detective Greg Demirjian said, adding that Mancilla surrendered Saturday night.
