Los Feliz : School Worker Found Dead
Los Angeles Police detectives Tuesday were investigating the death of a John Marshall High School night custodian, whose body was discovered in a faculty bathroom at the Los Feliz campus.
Barbra Ann Powells, 47, of West Covina was found in the arts and science building at about 11:30 p.m. Monday after one of her co-workers became concerned that she had not checked out at the end of her shift.
Detective John Munguia said that Powells’ body had a gash across the forehead but that the wound may have been caused by a fall.
