CAM Data Deal Nearly Complete

FOUNTAIN VALLEY —  CAM Data Systems Inc., a maker of checkout counter computer systems for retailers, said Tuesday that it has completed buying most of the assets of Silver Plus Inc. of Hoffman Estates, Ill., for an undisclosed amount of stock and cash.

Silver Plus designs and markets inventory management and accounting systems for office supply wholesalers and retailers.
