Launi Meili of Cheney, Wash., earned her second slot on the U.S. Olympic rifle team by winning the women’s air-rifle competition at Chino.
Debra Sinclair of Tigard, Ore., finished second with 1,376.9 points to also earn a berth on the Olympic team. In the men’s air rifle competition, David Johnson of Hampton, Va., and Bob Foth of Clarence, N.Y., earned their second berths on the Olympic team by finishing first and second, respectively.
