County residents who are not registered to vote are running out of time, the registrar of voters said Monday.

Monday, May 4, is the last day residents can sign up to vote in the June 2 primary election for presidential, congressional and local races, Registrar of Voters Conny B. McCormack said.

To be eligible to vote, one must be at least 18 years old, a U.S. citizen and not on parole or in prison for a felony, McCormack said.
