Terminal Data to Supply Scanning Systems to EDS

Terminal Data Corp., a Moorpark supplier of document imaging products and services, said it has signed an agreement with Electronic Data Systems Corp. to provide EDS with scanning systems and services.

Under the deal, Terminal Data will provide DocuScan 2000 and 4000 series scanners and image systems as well as engineering development, service and maintenance. A Terminal Data spokesman said there is no fixed value for the contract because the agreement is open-ended.
