Lawsuit Factory: A $10-million fraud lawsuit was filed against C+C Music Factory producers David Cole and Robert Clivilles in New York on Tuesday by rap performer Frederick (Freedom) Williams, who claims the production duo cheated him out of royalties and did not fulfill fiduciary duties outlined in his recording and management contract. Cole and Clivilles have yet to resolve a lip-sync royalty lawsuit filed against them in Los Angeles by singer Martha Wash, who charged that the duo used her voice without authorization on C+C Music Factory recordings.
