Who’s ‘Dangerous’?: Michael Jackson has been sued again over his “Dangerous” album, this time by Denver songwriter Crystal Cartier, who says she wrote the album’s title song in the winter of 1985 and produced and recorded it in October, 1990, before Jackson released his album. In a federal lawsuit filed Wednesday, Cartier seeks $40 million for violation of copyright and trademark laws. The Cleveland Orchestra sued Jackson in April for allegedly using its recording of a Beethoven symphony on “Dangerous” without permission.
