A ‘Killer’ Plan: Calling the boycotts of Ice-T’s “Cop Killer” song a “veiled form of silly censorship,” outspoken KFI talk show host Tom Leykis on Thursday started giving away “as many copies of the album as I physically can” to his listeners. Leykis admitted he hasn’t heard most of the “Body Count” album that contains the controversial song, but said “whether it’s good or positive isn’t even important.” His point is “to try to help preserve the First Amendment. It’s the most precious right we have.”
