Lockheed Corp. announced the appointment of Ronald R. Finkbiner, 53, as vice president, contracts and pricing, and his election as a corporate vice president.
He succeeds Robert C. Johnson, 59, who retired because of ill health after 30 years with the corporation.
Finkbiner joined the Calabasas-based aerospace company in 1990 as director of contract pricing.
