SAN DIEGO : Sightseers Discover Body at Mt. Soledad
A body was found in the parking lot of the cross atop Mt. Soledad, authorities said.
Visitors to the city park Thursday saw a driver and a passenger in a white four-wheel-drive truck pull around the west side of the cross about 2:30 p.m., stop momentarily, then drive off, officials said.
Sightseers found the body after the truck left, Police Lt. Larry Kenney said.
