Anaheim Man Stabbed to Death in Home His Anaheim Home
Police found a young man stabbed to death in his home Monday.
Leopoldo Gomez Aguirre was found lying on a bed in his living room with multiple stab wounds in his upper body when police arrived at his apartment at 1545 S. Michelle Drive at about 11:30 a.m., Sgt. Chet Barry said.
Firefighters pronounced the 28-year-old Aguirre dead at the scene.
His roommate, whose name was not released, told police that he had been asleep in an adjacent bedroom all night, awaking to find Aguirre’s stabbed body.
Barry said there are no suspects and no motive in the slaying, which is still under investigation.
