Glendora : Signal Synchronization
The city has agreed to participate in a $7-million project to synchronize traffic signals on Alosta, Grand and Lone Hill avenues.
A committee formed by the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors organized the program to alleviate congestion at 296 intersections in nine cities from San Dimas to Pasadena.
Glendora’s portion will cost $300,000 and will be paid by a Los Angeles Transportation Commission grant. The project is expected to begin January and reach Glendora by next August.
