John Tate’s probation officer says the former heavyweight champion should remain in jail because he refuses to follow the rules of his supervised release.
Tate, 37, was put on probation after he pleaded guilty to selling cocaine on May 20, 1991. He has been rearrested for parole violations twice since then.
