Buena 14, San Marcos 7--Junior tailback George Keiaho scored twice in the fourth quarter to lead the Bulldogs (5-3, 4-1) to a come-from-behind victory at San Marcos.
Keiaho, who rushed 27 times for 152 yards, scored on runs of four and 12 yards as Buena overcame a 7-0 deficit. Keiaho’s second score capped a 70-yard, seven-play drive highlighted by passes of 15 and 35 yards from Aaron Triana to Lance Caldwell.
Triana completed eight of 16 for 86 yards.
The Royals (6-2, 4-1) took a 7-0 lead early in the second quarter on a 15-yard pass from Danny LaGerca to Hector Gonzalez, but could not penetrate the Buena 20 thereafter.
Steve Guzman led San Marcos with 172 yards in 39 carries.
