US Facilities Corp.: The Costa Mesa reinsurance company said its earnings for the third quarter dropped to $302,000, or 5 cents a share, from $1.7 million, or 39 cents a share, for the same period in 1991. Revenue rose 36% to $21.9 million from $16.1 million. For the first nine months of the year, profit declined 31% to $3.4 million, or 58 cents a share, from $4.9 million, or $1.18 a share, a year earlier. Nine-month revenue was up 29% to $60.9 million from $47.2 million. The company said losses from Hurricane Andrew decreased the company’s 1992 earnings by $1.3 million, or 22 cents a share, for the third-quarter and the nine-month period.
