For Ol’ Blue Eyes: Frank Sinatra will receive the Desert Palm Achievement Award at the Palm Springs International Film Festival on Jan. 9. Sinatra will be given his honor by Jimmy Stewart, last year’s winner, at a black-tie gala. The festival runs Jan. 7-17.
