A robbery victim told a Municipal Court judge Wednesday that a Navy man accused of murdering two other prostitutes threatened her with a gun.

Eric Lockhart, 27, is charged with two counts of murder, one count of attempted murder, one count of assault with a deadly weapon and seven counts of robbery stemming from seven separate incidents.

A preliminary hearing to determine if Lockhart should stand trial began Wednesday with testimony from one of the women he is accused of robbing.

Monya Davis identified Lockhart as the man who picked her up at the intersection of 31st and Bancroft streets the night she was attacked. Davis said Lockhart paid her $20 to have sex with him in the passenger seat of his car. After sex, Davis said Lockhart pulled out a gun, demanded his $20 back and threatened to kill her.

“He had a gun in his hand. I don’t know where it came from,” Davis testified. “He said: . . . ‘You’re gonna die tonight.’ ”

Davis said she struggled with him for about 20 minutes before he shoved her out the door.
