Ben Crawley’s goal in the 60th minute broke a scoreless tie and led top-ranked and defending NCAA champion Virginia to a 3-0 semifinal victory over Duke at Davidson, N.C.
Virginia (20-2-1) will play in its second consecutive championship match Sunday against San Diego, which beat Davidson, 3-2, in overtime.
