A Minneapolis judge has sealed a police file on an alleged rape involving hockey player Dan Quinn. James Johnston, Hennepin County District judge, said he issued the order to protect Quinn from “unsubstantiated allegations.”

Quinn, a former Pittsburgh Penguin, was arrested after a woman said she had been assaulted at the team’s hotel in Bloomington, Minn. Police later said the incident occurred in Mario Lemieux’s room with the Penguins’ center present.
